Backstory: Emerald is a proper gem, made to be used by Yellow Diamond. He is one of the gems that views her as a deity. He was made with a small defect. His left eye has poor vision, so he wears a device to enhance it. Yellow Diamond still saw some potential within him, and made him one of her soldiers. Now he is on a recon mission with Peridot and a Jasper. He is the team's recon scout. With his device, he can see other gems from a distance. To this day, he is still on earth with Peridot, Jasper and Sodalit. He enjoys this by spending time with his beloved, Bordeaux Pearl
