Keep in mind, this is just a test. I plan on redoing this as soon as i can. But here is my fanmade stats with my own custom medals.
From slots 1 to 5, they are:

-Required Gauges: 4

#2: Evan
-Abyssal Plunge-
-Deals 4 Powerful hits, regardless of enemy attributes, Lower's target's P-DEF by 4 tiers for 1 turn.
-Required Gauges: 2

#3: Pre-Knight Brooke
-Almighty Heal-
-Greatly recovers HP, restores 5 gauges and raises STR by 1 tier for 3 turns
-Required Gauges: 0

#4 Civilian Azuris
-Aquatic Beatdown-
-Deals 4 hits and Lowers enemies' P-DEF by 1 tier for 2 turns
-Required Gauges: 2

#5: Tarobi [EX]
-Nuclear Dragon Fang-
-Deals 13 Exceptionally powerful hits and Raises STR by 6 tiers for 1 turn, Recovers a significant amount of Health
